Is there a special diet to follow when taking Dr. Tobias Colon 14 Day Cleanse?

It is beneficial to eat fiber rich food like fresh fruit, vegetables and leafy greens during your cleanse. Sufficient water intake is also important to help process and move excess waste from the colon. We recommend at least 80+ oz of water per day.

Must the capsules be taken at night or can they be taken during the day?

Take your cleanse before bed. Your body goes into a natural state of restoration while you sleep. By taking the cleanse and going to bed at the same time nightly you help align your bowel movements with natural circadian rhythms.

Can I take Dr. Tobias Colon Cleanse longer than 14 days?
