Why is the cleaner I received wet? Has it been used by someone else?

This cleaner is brand new. All our cleaners go through a comprehensive factory test prior to shipment, which may leave a small amount of residual water inside. Rest assured, your unit is new and unused.

The advertised 180-minute runtime refers to the maximum battery life achieved in ECO mode. Battery duration will be shorter when using more powerful cleaning modes, as they consume more power.

Can this cleaner clean pool steps?

It climbs over steps, yet won’t clean narrow step surfaces effectively.

Why is the cleaner not achieving the desired cleaning results?

If the filter basket or foam sponge becomes clogged, the cleaner’s performance will be compromised. Please clean them regularly to ensure the machine operates at its optimal efficiency.

Why has the robot’s wall-climbing performance weakened?

Please check if the filter basket is more than 70% full of debris. If so, empty the basket first before restarting your desired cleaning mode.
