Why does water appear inside the product packaging?

Each unit undergoes meticulous underwater testing before packaging to ensure optimal performance upon delivery. Minor dampness or water stains on the machine are considered normal.

Does it include a DC charger?

Yes, the charger is included (Note: charger included in filter basket. Remove it to avoid affecting normal operationt)

Can it be used indoors?

It is recommended that a charger for indoor swimming pools be purchased and a DC adapter used to charge. Note: Do not use chargers from other models to charge the F1—doing so may damage the device.
