This camera isn’t with any QR code which doesn’t allow to add to cellphone app directly, must need work with hiseeu wireless NVR or system

Which version supported to connect with 3MP camera?

Right click NVR mouse choose system setup–system admin–system version, you will see S/W version, when it is 2.8.*.* version, which means it can’t work with 3MP cameras, only 3.0.*.* version NVR can work with 3MP camera.

How to pair the camera to your old NVR?

Please right click your NVR mouse choose wireless add, then press camera reset button about 10s, wait for new IP address 172.20.14.** show up, then you can exit to see camera image.
