Q1: How to bind the watch to your phone?

1. The watch is compatible with iOS 9.0/Android 5.0 or above and Bluetooth 5.0 or above smartphones. (Not for pc and tablet)

2. Search and download the “HappyCat Fit” APP from the Apple Store or Google Play. Or use your mobile phone to scan the QR code in the manual to download and install the “HappyCat Fit” APP.

3. After installation, open the “HappyCat Fit” APP; log in and select the watch on the device page to establish connection (Add device, select G20 or scan the QR code of the watch).

*Note*: Please connect the watch from the APP instead of the bluetooth list of the phone.

4. If the device cannot be found or connected, please reset it on the operation interface of the watch(“Settings – Reset”) and then add the device again.

Q2: How to set the time and date?

The time of the watch follows the time of the phone. So when the watch is 100% connected to the phone, the time of the watch will automatically sync with the time of your phone.

Q3: How to get the Call/Message/APP Alert?

1. Make sure that the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on, and your phone and the watch remain connected;

2. Open the permission of the APP to run in the background of your mobile phone;

3. Turn on the notification and reminder switches of the corresponding application in the APP;

4. Enable the permission to pop up APP messages in the notification bar in the system settings, and ensure that the notification bar of your phone can pop up the application notifications or text messages you need;

5. Turn off Do Not Disturb mode. (When the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on, the message reminder and the wrist sensor do not work)
