I can’t charge the tablet.

Because different chargers have different voltage parameters. We recommend using the original charger to ensure adaptability.

The tablet can’t be detected by the computer/laptop.

The steps as below:

1. Make sure the tablet is powered on;

2. Try another USB cable;

3. Connect your tablet to a different port on your PC;

4. Instead of Charge only, choose Media device(MTP) or Camera(PTP) when connecting the tablet to the computer.

How to add a language?

[System]-[Language & Input]-[Language]-[Add a Language]-[English], then press and hold the “=” to the right of “English(United States)” and swipe up. After a few seconds, the system language will automatically switch to English.

Can the usb-c port be used to connect to connect to a monitor with hdmi?

PlimPad P60 android tablet usb-c port doesn’t support connecting a monitor with HDMI.

What should I do if can’t turn on?

If the tablet won’t turn on, try charging it with the original charger for 2-3 hours. Most startup problems are caused by low battery power.
