Q：How to pair the smart watch–Dual Bluetooth?

A:1. Download the “V Band” (you can scan the QR code or search for “V Band ” in the app store to download), and then turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone. Open and Enter the APP–Complete the information(Gender,Birthday,Height,Weight)–Click“√”.

2. Match the watch model in the device list with the ST30 watch ID. Side down the watch dial, click i icon, check MAC ADDRESS. Pair the MAC ADDRESS on the Device List

3: Side down the watch dial, Make sure the Bluetooth of watch is available— The icon is blue. Connect the second Bluetooth “ ST30_Audio” in your phone

4: Make sure if the phone has connected with both “ ST30” and “ ST30_Audio”

Q:Why can’t set correct time?

A: The watch need to connect with phone via bluetooth, the time will update with your phone.

Why can’t make a call when the bluetooth ST30 has been connected?

A: You also need to connect “ ST30_Audio” to release CALL function.

Q:Why can’t receive massage?

A:Please make sure that V Band App has the permission to read notification: Settings– Notifications–V Band–Allow Notifications; Please connect your watch to your phone via the V Band app then open the V Band APP –Device–Notification–Turn on the Notification you want（Note: APP need to run in background to keep bluetooth connected）

Q:Some functions cannot be used after it is connected?

A:Open the App to remove the device, open the phone’s Bluetooth and forget Bluetooth signal, open the watch settings to reset the watch, and then follow the two-step connection to reconnect.
