What do I need to do after receiving the machine?

1. After receiving the machine, please leave it for 24 hours before operating.

2. Before using the machine, check the water tank for leakproofness. It’s normal if it leaks a little due to the transportation, please disassemble the water tank and apply a layer of Vaseline lubricant to the rubber ring, and then reinstall the water tank to prevent leakage (Watch the product installation video for specific operations).

3. Please read the instruction manual carefully before using the electrical appliance, and operate the machine strictly according to the instructions.

What is the sugar concentration range for the beverage that is used to make slushy?

1. First put the concentrated jam and mineral water into the container to mix them in proportion, and then pour them into the bucket of the machine. The concentration of the concentrated jam and sugar in the ingredients must be 10%-12%. If the sugar concentration is less than 10%, the mixer and motor may be damaged.

2. The height of the mixed liquid in the water tank cannot be lower than the evaporator.
