How does the pre-installed SIM card alert me if a fall is detected? Can I use my own SIM card instead?

When a fall is detected, your phone will receive a pop-up alert. Your own SIM card must support VoLTE Voice and mobile data for calls, and the watch can auto-dial a preset number after a fall.

How about water resistance?

It has an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning the watch can easily handle daily situations such as sweat, rain, and water splashes while washing hands.

However, please note that it should not be worn while showering, in saunas, or diving.

Can multiple people bind to the app?

Yes, multiple family members can monitor the elderly together.
