Does TZ-HB615 camera add to the EseeCloud APP directly?

This camera isn’t with any QR code which doesn’t allow to add to cellphone app directly, must need work with hiseeu wireless NVR or system.

Why I only can see 2 channels playback now, before we can see 4 channels playback at the same time?

After you connect 5MP cameras to your NVR, it only allow to see 2 channels playback at the same time, so when you order it, please consider this question at first.

Which version supported to connect with 5MP camera?

Right click NVR mouse choose system setup–system admin–system version, you will see S/W version, when it is 2.8.*.* version, which means it can’t work with 5MP cameras, only 3.0.*.* version NVR can work with 5MP camera.

How to pair the camera to your old NVR?

Please right click your NVR mouse choose wireless add, then press camera reset button about 10s, wait for new IP address 172.20.14.** show up, then you can exit to see camera image.
