Why won’t the battery indicator light turn on after powering up the drone?

For first-time use, the battery must be activated by charging it fully viathe charging hub before use.

Why can’t the drone and battery be charged?

The battery requires a charging adapter that uses the standard 18 protoccol. Additionally, Apple chargers may have protocol limitations and cannocharge drone

devices.

Why has the gimbal stopped working?

Please check if there is any foreign object in the gimbal, and use a hair dryer to blow out the foreign object if necessary.

How long is the battery life of the HOVERAir X1 PRO?

The maximnum fight time is 16 minutes,but actual battery life depends on the fight mode and operating emvironment. High-speed flight or low temperatures may reduce battery performance.

What wind speeds can the drone withstand?

The Hover X1 can handle up to Level 4 winds (7.9 m/s). However, flight performance may be affected in harsh coastal weather or at altitudes above 2,000 meters (e.g., reduced wind resistance, lower max speed, etc.).
