Yes, top shelf dishwasher safe.

What if an onion or potato is too big?

Don’t worry, I usually cut the potatoes or Onions into proper quarters and place the flat side on the blade to make it easier to press.

Are these blades easy to store?

Yes, they come equipped with special plastic boxes for the blades, which I personally like.

Is this product safe?

Yes much safer than the other one I owned. But be careful to keep children away from sharp blades.

What’s the width of the cutting area?

The square size 3 inch by 3 inch. I usually cut the ingredients down to size before dicing them so it’s easier to use.
