How do I know if the camera is powered?

Cover the camera’s lens to make sure you can see if the IR LEDs are on. The camera is powered if the LEDs are on.

Does the camera come with an microSD card?

No, SD cards are purchased separately. It supports an microSD card of Max. 512GB.

Why does the camera stop recording to the microSD card?

Your microSD card may be full. Please go to Device Settings > Camera Recording in the Reolink App. On the displayed page, enable Overwrite. Then your camera will keep recording when the microSD card is full.
