3. Confirm you have turned on “Push Notifications” on the “DaFit” APP or not? (Go to the “DaFit” APP–> Device–> Click the “Push Notifications”–> Switch on all the applications you need)

For Android:

1. Confirm the “DaFit” APP is running in background or not?(Go to your phone settings–> APPs–> Find “Da Fit” APP–> Launch settings–> Switch on “Run in background”)

A: make sure your watch has no been connect with any phones,if yes,please forget the services from the phones’ bluetooth setting,after that ,please paired ,thanks
